Fast kinetic methods and the analysis of experimental data

Abstract:

This post is also available in: English Slovenščina (Slovenian)

With the introduction of computer technology in science in the past decade, enzyme kinetics acquired entirely new dimensions. The greatest progress was made in the field of acquisition and subsequent analysis of kinetic data, which largely improved the effectiveness of rapid kinetic equipment. This paper presents the principles of modern kinetic analysis, including major rapid experimental techniques, data acquisition and conditioning systems, and outlines the fundamentals of mathematical modeling of enzyme reactions.
