The role of cell markers in the determination of acute leukaemias

The article deals with the development of blood cells, as well as with the appearance and disappearance of particular cell markers in different periods of lymphatic and myeloid cell maturation. In addition the importance of cell markers in the classification of acute leukaemias is discussed.
